I don't even know where to begin. Cheri was top notch. If you need a realtor that is
professional, experienced, knowledgeable, expert in the market, always available and
incredibly responsive, AND bends over backwards to help their client- then Cheri is the
realtor you need. We moved from out of state and bought our house sight unseen. We
trusted her judgement and she was very honest. She wouldn't let us get a home if she
didn't feel good about it, with us buying sight unseen and trusting her judgement. She
also advised on what towns would be ideal for us and what we're looking for. We
couldn't be happier with the town we're in now. She totally understood us and advised
so perfectly. Cheri was so accommodating and did video calls with us to see houses,
she went to all the inspections for us, she communicated with the lender and title for us
to get things straightened out. Cheri took so much stress off of us and took on tasks that
are above and beyond. If you need a realtor, she's the one. We're so thankful and
appreciative of her.
